Found this really challenging! Lots of pinching in the front of the shoulders so not sure what I was doing wrong. Willl have another crack tomorrow!

Don’t stress Kym, this is not easy, and if you are feeling pinching in the shoulders, your goal is to work on your shoulder blade movements first, so you can pull those shoulders back 🙂 Keep an eye out for the shoulder blade video coming out soon!
