Far out. Belly shakes from about 3mins in! Actually felt it in my arms/shoulders like they were getting a solid work out having to hold me up. Thanks Matt

The belly shakes are REALLLLL!!! It’s normal to feel your arms / shoulders, but as your core + shoulder strength progresses this will feel A LOT easier! I still get the shakes & feel my tummy for days after this one haha
