Well I don’t run but found that one really good for my calves! Left dodgy ankle pretty stiff but reckon this little movement snack will help it somewhat. Thanks T 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Still can’t do the lunge version and still using support for rest of it but makes my ankles feel so good with what I can manage

Definitely stick with the half kneel version for as long as you need Katrina! It’s a toughie but a goodie!
