Thanks guys for a great rotation fix which I did during my lunch break – definitely could touch my hands much easier after the class.

Standing all day at my desk – this was just what I needed. Pretty stiff to start with but better by the end. I like the options of doing a row movement if the whole arm struggled to reach at times 👌🏻👌🏻
