Far out!!! How do u work thru the quad cramping lol 😆 Couldn’t lift the front leg on its own when in the shin box position. How do we work on that other than helping lift it with my hand? Def coming back to this beauty 😳😳😳
all great questions! The cramp is a sign that, in that range the muscle is weak & needs some work (which I definitely need to work on too!). If you can’t lift the leg at all, you could try propping yourself up on something slightly e.g. sitting on a rolled up towel, cushion or yoga block (which will take you out of inner range) & should help!
Thanks for the tips. Getting a little better. Will keep working on the leg lift while in a shin box position. The quad cramping is still there but will continue to get better I’m sure 🤞🤞🤞
