Is it because my abs aren’t very strong that I struggle to not lean back during the part where we are to lift our feet off the mat? Good work out this one

Whoa, the active moves! Found them really hard but I could feel the ‘space’ making in my hips

The first 5 minutes might be beginner but the second half was definitely not…

thanks Tahlia, been doing a combination of your stiff back followed by the foundation level of this one and I can’t believe how much it is helping. doing it at least once a day, if not twice!
