Nose to table top knee was pretty tricky, I think I need to work on using stomach muscles more and less neck muscle!
Nice pick up Deonni!!! Definitely focus on maintaining the contact between your chin + chest – then all of the movement should come from your tummy moving your lower ribs towards your pubic bone! Rather than driving from the neck… 😉
I found the final combination difficult on one side and less so on the other. Does this mean I need to do extra on the weaker side?
Another great pick up! Could be weaker.. could be a timing issue! Either way – would be good to practice this side to ensure both are working equally & efficiently!
Loved that slow, focused connection of ribs to hips, back flat on the floor, and solid, stable hips when nose to knee
