This flow was AMAZING to help me warm up before my strength session at the gym! Really helped me get deeper into my range 👏

🤣🤣 well if I never need a reminder of how much my body doesn’t move I’ll just try this beginner one again – still can’t squat in any shape or form..oh well

Keep up on your toes, holding onto a bench/back of a chair & take it slowwwww. Remember not to push into any pain! It’s a journey (it can take a long long time to regain deep squat mobility!) Be patient Katrina! You’ve got this!

Practising the squat is a great way to warm up & feel much more loose. Great for my hips. Love the little tips re stretching the ankles too 👌🏻
