If you’re new to MOTUM, Foundations is the place to start. These classes cover the mobility, strength, and patterning requirements needed to take your movement to the next level. You will unlock the secrets to muscle activation, true core strength, and healthy moving joints. Suitable for beginner movers.

Once you’ve mastered the Foundations, Movement 1.0 classes will make your entire body move as a system, rather than its individual parts. Movement 1.0 is designed to push your body by having you explore challenging sequences and movement flows. Recommended for those who scored 23+ on the MOTUM Grading. Suitable for advanced movers.

Is your body tight, in pain or just letting you down? Do you experience stiffness in your body when you move? Do you avoid certain activities because of the discomfort they cause? Do you simply want to get more out of your workouts? MOTUM Foundation classes will help you reset your broken body and help you move better.

If you’re an advanced mover, athlete or work out regularly, Movement 1.0 will help you level up your performance and achieve a body that is balanced and healthy.

If you want to build strength and flexibility, reduce stiffness and pain and unlock your full potential, this program will get you there. No matter where you are on the starting line, we will help you smash your movement goals.

Every class is 45 minutes.

When you secure your spot you commit to the same class time every week for 12 weeks. All classes are guided by our certified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists at our Physio Smart Clinic in Adelaide. We are located at 296 Payneham Road, Payneham SA 5070.

We know sometimes life gets in the way. Simply let us know if you need to miss a class and you can join the waitlist for another time that week. If all other classes are full, don’t worry, you won’t get left behind. Participants get complimentary access to the MOTUM Online Program for the duration of the round (valued at $117). Recorded versions of every weekly class are available online, plus there’s 100+ movement snacks included to supplement your program and help you level up.

Missed classes will not result in credit for other rounds or in clinic appointments. Partial refunds are not available for classes not attended.

Yes, you bet they are! Your payment is secured in full at the start of the round and each class will be invoiced separately. Invoices will be emailed to participants every week to claim the private health rebate.

Please Note: Classes led by a Physiotherapist are processed using the Physiotherapy Group Class Code 561 and classes led by an Exercise Physiologist (Adriana and Liana) are processed using the Exercise Physiology Group Class Code 502. Please check your private health insurance for cover.

We have strictly limited capacity and classes will sell out so be quick. We can only accept 5 or 8 people in each class so it’s first in best dressed. Your spot in the round is secured when you finalise your payment in full.

If your class is full or you don’t see a time that suits you, please join the waitlist and leave a comment with your preferred class time as this will inform our future planning. And don’t worry if the round is full or you can’t join us this time. If you’re on the waitlist you’ll get a priority invitation to join the next round. If you are new to MOTUM classes you are required to book in for a 1:1 grading to get your baseline score. At the end of the round we recommend you complete another grading to assess your progression and discuss your movement goals and how we can support you. If you stay on for another round to level up, there will be opportunities to join a complimentary group grading.

MOTUM is not designed to fix your injury. Book into Physio Smart  today or seek medical or health professional advice to treat your injury before you start the program.

Wear clothes you’re comfortable moving in, a drink bottle in case you get thirsty and a sweat towel because it will get hot in here. We provide the mats and any equipment you need. Anti-bacterial spray and wipes will be distributed to clean all equipment before the next class.
