About Course
This program is inspired by all of your favourite MOTUM flows from the Movement 1.0 Body Reset Program. Similar to a Yoga practice these flows are sustainable, repeatable and will get your body feeling great.
Make sure you’ve completed MOTUM Flows 1 first before commencing this program as the movements are more advanced.
