This is the best place to start your movement journey. In 6 weeks you will learn how to activate your core and get your spine, hips, glutes, knees and ankles moving properly again.

How? The MOTUM Body Reset Program will restore the fundamental movement patterns you were born with to help your body move better as a system. You will do this in 3 phases:

Phase 1 – Reset. Improve flexibility and mobility to rid tension and tightness

Phase 2 – Restore. Learn how to crawl, roll and squat to restore your natural movement patterns

Phase 3 – Rebuild. By adding resistance with bands and weights to help you feel strong.
